I have so many different responsibilities. From coaching to managing to organising competitions, overseas trips, being in charge of franchise project, business communicating, covering coaches duties when they are down, marketing, sales, office administrative work, drafting all sorts of letters, dealing with parents WHILE coaching, PR. And coaching itself is a huge job that includes planning lessons, studying routines, training the kids, stressing over whether they can learn their skills in time, organising extra trainings for my kids AND other coach's kids, dealing with their parents AND other coach's parents.

I meet executives from SAFRA at the gym. They see me in sports attire and are shocked that I'm a coach as well. It's not that I don't like coaching, it's not that I don't like to do the other stuff as well. But doing all these together just isn't a good idea. I can't focus on ANY area properly. I just do a bit of this, a bit of that. It doesn't help that after all the planning and discussing with everyone that people change their minds. After I've confirmed, sent out information. And I did my part, i had hints that such things would happen. So I already notified and checked with you all, must you really make changes only after all that?

I'm a head coach/assistant manager. Not the owner. Neither do I draw a big fat high salary. You can't expect me to do everything, expect me to drive around for meetings, to cover people's classes willingly all the time. I try not to be calculative, I really try. I try to be more positive about the work thrown at me. I want to do everything well, but it's hard. I try to be motivated, but hurhur, i think i need a lot more to be motivated to do all these well at one go.

I really don't want to do sloppy work, but at the way work's thrown to me. I think I'm really not doing a good job.
