Supper supper supper! Been suppering the past few nights! Think my body's protesting against the lack of supper for the past month. Too used to suppering all the time in hall. I've been cooking maggie mee, ordering macdonald's, suppering at newton w c blockers yest and suppering with jx today!

Yesterday was a happy jx-day also! Cooked lunch for him!
Hehe the dish was called shrimp-in-love pasta! I didn't come up with that name, it's really called that! heh quite an apt name =P And it was not bad! Hee. It's not just simply me self praising, mama, minghui, sasa and jx said that too! (:
So after lunch we went for a swim at southhaven! Completed 20 lengths of the pool! Although the pool's not very big it was pretty good exercise for the both of us who haven't exercised in ages!

I remember during the gym days. I was always easily worried, easily scared. Always needed someone to help me look out for my tumbling, or just stand at the side IN CASE - to make me feel better. As if that person could save me if I fell.
I know I'm not a very capable person. But I hope I can be. I want to be.

It is ending well after all (:
Since my day's gonna end well soon, I'm in a better mood to blog about my first wakeboarding experience! No pictures though 'cause I can't find my sister's phone, and I only have a few pretty lousy pictures in there. Shall bring a digi cam the next time I go.
Went with korkor, minghui and kor's friend, liheng. The instructor cum boat driver.. well an okay enough guy I guess. But not someone I'll find nice. Tries to be funny too much, and he's not very funny. Think he's pretty egoistic too. Okays enough of bitching bout him =X
He drove us to this lake/river/sea[?!] area - it's funny calling anywhere in Singapore a lake or river 'cause.. it just seems weird don't you think? Anyhows pretty fun just sitting on the speed boat zooming through the water, hair flying, water splashing and all. Heh. Kor was the first to wakeboard, he's pretty good could do little jumps n control his direction and he's still improving.
For beginner beginners [the other 3 of us on the boat], the instructor gave a short theory lesson on how to slowly stand up as the boat pulled us. Yes it actually takes pretty long to master the method to stand up! So liheng was next to go, and he almost stood up but haven't before the instructor suddenly asked him to stop. POLICE!
Ha, so exciting, my first wakeboarding experience. Turned out that we weren't supposed to go wakeboard in that area. We saw this big blue police boat quite a distance away but seemingly moving towards us. Instead of going back, the instructor sped even deeper into that area we were at. And then he said it was my turn to go into the water. I was quite shocked 'cause I was wondering if the police would come catch us or something.
It was fun wakeboarding/trying to wakeboard! I almost stood up too but I didn't, and I only got to have around four tries so I didn't have a chance to stand up :( My pinkies hurt a little from having the handle jerked away from my fingers when i fall. I only had 4 tries because the police boat came closer to us! And so I got onto the boat, and we sped away again. Further and further in til I could see the end of the lake/whatever. Turned out that police boat couldn't come too close to us 'cause the water was to shallow. Was wondering if we'd stay there hiding til night time! I was more of amused than scared though heh. The instructor gave up in the end and headed back. Got a summon I think. The guy who gave out the summon was wearing very very dark shades and looked pretty fierce heh. My sister and I being innocent and having nothing to be afraid of were just eating snacks and watching the show. =X A little bit mean ya. But I do feel quite bad for the instructor, think he made a loss doing our business today 'cause the summon was probably more pricey than what we paid him.
So yup! That kind of marks the end of my first wakeboarding experience. Exciting and fun albeit a short trip. (:
Korkor fetched minghui and I to marina square after that and the two of us had yummy dinner at spageddies! Oh yes, all the wakeboarding and dinner expenses today were paid by korkor =D Kor if you see this, THANKYOU! haha. Went shopping after that and I bought mango three quarts! A little ex, but it was on sale! It's $32 cheaper than the original price! It's nice, and I need it! Still trying to self-convince that the buy was worth it.
Today's still mostly happy after all (:

I wakeboarded and had fun. I ate at spageddies and had good food. I even bought a piece of 'nicenice' clothing from mango.
