I made it to the bookfair! Woohoo :)

Xinyi called to say she could go with me. I was soooooo excited. I stopped whatever I was doing, ate a quick dinner and almost ran out of my house. Haha.

Just a few things which happened on the way..
I being the MRT idiot, didn't know whether to alight on the right or left side of the train at the jurong east station, so i decided to go left and run through the train again if it was the wrong side. Tadaa i chose the correct side :D

At commonwealth, I was waiting for xinyi at the platform and I was prepared to dash into the train on the right if xinyi came up just as the train arrived. Luckily she didn't because I was standing on the wrong side of the platform =X I seriously should take MRT more.

Yay we finally reached expo and we saw the boxes and boxes of books in the exhibition hall! Started searching and searching and searching for books. It was pretty fun and we picked many many books and put them in a box, then picked out the ones we wanted to buy after that. Hmm I didn't really find all the books I'm interested in though. I didn't want to spend too much too. Haha I'm quite a scrooge actually. I take really long to decide on buying stuff and I'll keep thinking of I should spend the money. We stayed there til the place was going to close. Could have used a little more time there. I ended up buying three books I'm pretty satisfied with and one for my sister. I got Sushi for Beginners, Gympsy Masala and The Wedding. Hope they'll be nice to read! Yay happy that I officially own three more books!
