I finished reading 'the kite runner' last week and it's a damn good book! REALLY moving and very interesting.

"..there is only one sin, only one. And that is theft. Every other sin is a variation of theft."
"When you kill a man, you steal a life.. you steal his wife's right to a husband, rob his children of a father. When you tell a lie, you steal someone's right to the truth. When you cheat, you steal the right to fairness."

That's pretty true, isn't it?

"Right now, I'm going to run that blue kite for you," he said.
...He stopped, turned. He cupped his hands around his mouth. "For you a thousand times over!" he said.

That was Hassan, promising Amir he'd get the kite for him. And he really did, paying a painful price in order to fulfil his promise.

I wonder how many people will actually show such.. devotion to a friendship, like Hassan did.

I bought a really pretty skirt from forever 21 today! :D Shopped with eileen and jess who bought lotsa pretty stuff too (:

US in six days. I should start getting excited. And start packing. But I'm in a really shopping/wannameetupwithallthedarlings mood. Or you can call it the lazy to work and eager to slack mood. Meeting up with my favourite people is happyifying. (:

It's already june and so the june holiday has started. In fact one week of it has passed. So quickly. And after one more week we'll be flying to US to look for korkor. Excited I am, but I don't want days to go by so quickly.

I am waiting..

I'm dropping a lot of hair. :( Maybe it's 'cause my hair's getting really long and heavy. Or maybe like my mum said, I'm stressed. But the only stress I really felt was from studying, and I'm not studying anymore. End of last year and beginning of this year, when I was suffering from the freaking painful migraines, the doctor also asked me if I was stressed. There isn't anything for me to be stressed about, is there?
