Steppers Holiday Day 3!
Day 3 was sunway lagoon day!!
Was super grumpy when people tried to wake us up in the morning,
especially when the curtain was opened and it became so bright!
Rahhhs.
After a while we finally woke up, and we headed to the nearby cineleisure for breakfast!
I had hotcakes from macdonald's and they're not as nice as singapore's!
Was so disappointed 'cause i order hotcakes like once in a blue moon!
We took a can down to sunway lagoon and it was sooo hot my goodness.
Like an oven in the cab.
We hung around in a nearby mall for a while, and bought sunblock!
'Cause everyone's sunblock was confiscated at the customs hahaa.
Shiqi and i each bought a lolli and a bottle of pokka tea!
Lychee tea, my favourite =D
But we weren't allowed to bring drinks into sunway lagoon,
So we had to finish our whole bottle of tea there and then!
So irritating, but we did it with SEH. hhaha.

Sunway lagoon was funfunfun!

This was one of the more hilarious rides!
The float goes down this artificial river,
Sometimes water splashes in,
Sometimes there're like random waterfalls and water spraying out.
So we went on this ride two times!
The first time we competed to see who was the driest at the end of the ride,
The second time the opposite!
hahaha and it was so funny the second time 'cause everyone was trying to get sprayed by the water! Like standing up on the float trying to reach the water.
Ahahaha.
And shiqi won 'cause she scooped water onto herself :P
Heh can you all see the pictures below where we sit a yellow float and slide down the orange slide??
When the slide ends there're a few mats on the ground 'cause the float will overshoot,
and the float shiqi and i sat on didn't even go far!
Whereas the heavy bases' floats travel really far!
So sad!
And there was another slide in which is curves up at the end of the downward slope,
i sat with shiqi again and once again our float didn't go far :((
And weeps and yeng even overtook us lor. hahha.

Finally after everyone washed up,
We headed out for dinner!
At T.G.I.F!!
Omg i love that place!
There's a huge variety of food,
The service is good, ambience is good, food is good,
And the people there are very fun too!
We celebrated mel and billy's b'days there and they sabo-ed them!


After dinner i had baskin robbins again!

Then we headed back to the hotel!
Was too lazy to go KTV with some of the rest so i had lotsa sleep that night =D

OMG.
I'm like so happy i can die.
And i'm slightly worried that i'm dreaming now!
I bet everyone will think what's there to be happy about over the above results.
But OMG those grades made me scream at my lappie for one whole minute!
I get to graduate with a pass with merit!
and and and,
I got the first A in my whole NUS life!!
and and and,
I can proudly announce that my cap has been increasing ever since my first sem!
Although it's a very small increase every sem.
Oh my, it was no mean feat!
One of the reasons i left hall and steppers was so that i could study harder,
And i did.
I studied really hard last sem and wanted to pull my cap as much as possible,
so that i can relax a bit during my final sem.
But my cap wasn't as high as i'd like it to be. :(
I concluded that i'm dumb.
Then i decided to do steppers again.
I knew my studies would be affected,
And they were.
So i was pretty sure i wouldn't get good enough grades to manage a pass with merit.
BUT OMG!
YAY!!

Steppers Holiday Day 2!
We left genting on day 2 and headed down to KL!
I asked mel to help me braid my hair, and she's quite a pro at it!
I don't think i can help other people braid their hair nicely!
We took cabs down to KL, and i was in the same cab as shiqi and deo!
There was a malaysia attached to every cab, and weili was our malaysian!
Hee.
We always travelled in this combi the whole trip!
We arrived at royale bintang!
It was a nice, more posh hotel, especially in comparison to themepark hotel!
We stayed in a family suite, and it was very nice too!
Wanted to take pictures of the room, but before i could, everyone started dumping their bags all over the place and made themselves comfortable!
Hehh nvm!
We had lunch at Hong Kong Kim Gary Cafe!
My favourite!
I always eat the same thing when i go there,
My supreme cheezy curry dunno what dunno what fish!
It didn't seem as nice as those i had in singapore though!
But it was very much cheaper in malaysia!
We shared peanut butter toast too, and the toast was like twice as thick as that in Singapore!
I prefer the thinner version though, 'cause there seems to be too little peanut butter and condense milk for the very thick toast!
Shiqi was in love with the HK star who endorses the cafe,
and Billy did a very good impersonation of him!
We set off to one utama (i think) to shop after that!
It's this super big mall and i was so excited!
I was determined to spend in KL and buy nice clothes!
I bought two pieces! Actually found a few others I liked, but didn't get all of them.
Partly 'cause mel and shiqi get anything at all and i felt a wee bit guilty!
There was lotsa sale though and it was kinda tempting!
I can't wait to shop at GSS.
I ate baskin robbins for the first time!
And immediately fell in love!
Firstly the price was quite affordable,
Secondly the flavours were oh-so-yummy,
And thirdly they had this junior sized scoop which is not too huge, not to little, just right for me!
Why isn't there baskin robbins in Singapore!! :((

Back in the hotel room!
Weili looks hilarious with his hair tied up, especially with the flower!
A few of them were drinking, and they made this pineapple malibu thingie which tasted very nice!
One of the very few (if any at all) alcoholic drinks that i actually like!
But as usual i only drank like, prolly 1/10 of the glass.

Sunway lagoon up next!
It was super duper fun!!
....
Anywayys, i chatted with xinyi on the phone last night!
It has been EONS since we last did that!
Really enjoyed catching up with her, bitching and complaining and talking rubbish!
And when it got late, i heard her mum's voice in the background nagging at her!
That was what always happened last time!
Felt like the old times.
So nostalgic!

I took two gym classes of kids at peihwa today!
>15 kids per class!
Was pretty stressed at first, but it turned out fine.
The kids behaved better than i thought they would!
And an ex student of mine was in the first class i took,
and her presence kinda calmed my nerves!
Quite silly how a little 8 yr old girl can make me feel better ya. :]
.
The second class didn't have any of my students but i survived!
Had to shout most of the time though,
'cause there were five classes going on at the same time in the hall!
There were two boys worth mentioning in the 2nd class.
.
One of them, boy A, was this scrawny mixed blood boy,
who lied to me that he was going to the toilet, only to be dragged back by a teacher.
He didn't irritate me much, just wasn't very attentive during class,
but the girls in the class seemed to dislike him.
They eeeeew-ed when i put them in their group,
And made a complaint to the teacher who told him off.
I suspect the boy didn't do anything though.
.
Boy B was this naughty boy who kept playing with his rubberband.
He put it around both legs while doing jumps,
(Which for a split second i thought was a good idea so that he could close his legs while jumping :P)
I confiscated the rubberband, promising to return it to him after class.
A few moments later, he started crying!
'Cause some other guy scratched him on his hand.
He didn't stop crying for.. 30 minutes?
Towards the end of the lesson, i made the kids hop/run/jump,
And they treated it as a competition and so cheered each other on.
The naughty boy refused to hop at first 'cause he said that nobody would cheer for him!
He cried even harder.
I was pretty amused.
.
And during this period of time,
I noticed how sweet some of the kids were!
Boy A who was supposedly an annoying kid was patting Boy B's back, consoling him!
And a few girls promised Boy B they would cheer for him, and they did.
.
Awww.
.
The moral of my story is,
1. Don't judge a kid by the cover
2. Not true that girls always cry more than boys.

Steppers on holiday day 1!
Yay i went on a short holiday with the steppers!
We went Genting + KL + sunway lagoon!
Funfun!

Our flight was at 7.20am on the 18th! So early!
Both yeng and i were wearing little miss sunshine tees!
Luckily they're of different designs!
I was quite extra though!
Yeng said little miss sunshine is mr happy's gf in the cartoon.

Tiger airways was delayed for quite a while due to some techincal thingies,
i think we waited for almost as long as the flight took!
After we reached the KL airport, we took this van up to genting!
Poor shiqi has some tumour thingie on her eye! (which she is very proud of tho)

Ohh, shiqi and i saw this cute black furry monkey on a tree,
on our way up to genting! How cool hehe.
'Cause the monkey's cuter than my monkey neighbours.

We stayed at themepark hotel!
One of the reasons was 'cause i refused to stay at first world hotel!
It's rumoured to be haunted, and i pretty much believe the rumours!
Xinyi's uncle + xiu's auntie + weili's mum's friend have seen corpses at first world!



Eeks!
We ate at marrybrown, a fast food restaurant which is somewhat like KFC!
Their cups are so cute!
Oh and they had this machine which you can choose songs from
(i forgot what it's called),



And i played 'Pecinta Wanita'!!
One of the only indo songs i know!
Learnt it when we took bahasa indo!
Nice song!

After lunch, we went to the thempark!

Scariest ride of the trip!

Mel and i sat together,
and i think from halfway up the tower, we started screaming and screaming already!
I was seriously damn scared, 'cause i looked up and realised there was still such a long way to go!
And it was already so high up!!
When it reaches the top, it stays there for 10 secs before it plunges,
I didn't stop screaming and even started tearing haha.
Mel too! Omg we're quite loserish.
But at least we were brave enough to go on it!
I took something like that in HK too with xinyi and xian,
and i remember wanting to cry at the top too, totally regretting it and panicking.
Hehe.
Fun ride!
Oh i took it twice! It was less scary the 2nd round.

There was this ride that had max and min weight limits!
The fact that there weight limits actually kinda scared me!
What happens on this ride is that you're supposed to sit on this cart thingie, with many wheels,
and it'll just slide down the slides 'cause of gravity.
I was quite scared the kart would fly off the track!
Siyong was too fat so he couldn't take this ride hehhe.

I used sepia mode to take photos 'cause the colours on the carousel were pretty faded anyways.
Not that I mind, i kinda like the vintage feel :)

Guess what,
I got a little crazy there,
and decided to get a tattoo!!
It wasn't as painful as i thought! :D

It's a fake one!
I was really quite fond of my fake tattoo though!
I put it near my ankle, and the design was pretty nice too :D


Contemplated whether to get a real one for a while!

We ate at pizza hut for dinner!
Apparently pizza hut is A LOT cheaper there!



We went to play arcade after dinner!
And it was damn fun!!!
We all went crazy throwing balls at screens, holes, obstacles etc!
We cheated by having lotsa ppl play at the same time,
and stole balls from other machines hehe.
Shiqi, yeng and i played til we got muscle ache!
HAHA!
We won lotsa tickets!
And there's this machine that counts your tickets and prints a receipt for you!
Were there such machines in singapore?
I can't remember!


 We wanted to exchange the tickets for the duck worth 2000 tickets,
but we only had 1700++ so we couldn't!
And so we sent mel to flirt with the guy at the counter!
Look at the the bottom left photo hehee.
But she failed! The guy asked her to go and play more haha.
So in the end we settled for a cow, some whistles and 4 bouncy balls!
hehe.


After arcade,
We returned to our rooms and concussed until almost 11pm!
Then we dressed up to go the the casino!
We ate at KFC (bleaugh i'm supposed to be anti KFC)
But i gotta say m'sia's KFC's cheezy wedges were damn good!!!
Yumyums.



After supper (I ate one whole meal myself. Fatness!),
It was time to visit the casino!
Edward, weili, mel and shiqi are not of age yet,
So we had to sneak them in!
Unfortunately the guards at the first casino checked edward and mel and they couldn't get in :(

As you should have realised by now.. mel and i appear in most of the photos :P
And um, we love doing scales. haha.

We went thru lotsa planning to come up with a strategy to get everyone into the 2nd casino!
There was no room for failure!!
We decided to split up and go in batches!
Edward+siyong and mel+juncheng went first!
We were telling mel not to smile and to act as bitchy as possible!
She also wore shades on her head to look older haha. And they succeeded!
We were so happy for them when we got the msg that they were in!

Next up was shiqi!
I think she has such a baby face la!
Was actually very worried for her!
We decided that she should just walk in alone,
and act super pro like she's been there a million times!
And the rest of us would follow shortly behind and distract the guards!
Ohh and shiqi and i exchanged bags 'cause she was carrying a puma bag, too kiddy!


And we succeeded!! They didn't check shiqi, but checked yeng, billy and i!
Hahaaa. Weili had no problems entering too,
So yay we were all in!!
The most exciting part of the casino experience was actually getting everyone in,
Once we were in it wasn't that exciting anymore.
And it was so smokeyy and smelly!
Yeng, shiqi and i invested 30RM into the slot machines!
And nope, we didn't win any money!
The most we won was... 491 credits!
Haha it just prolonged our playing time,
And some of the guys were pretty sian about that. Hehe.
I don't understand how the aunties can sit there for 1482903840 hours,
Just pressing and pressing though!

A couple of us gambled back at the hotel,
But i didn't win at all :(
And weili sponsored me for the whole blackjack game!
Oh something scary happened!!
The lights in the room went on and off a few times!
I was quite freaked out but luckily there were so many people around,
It wasn't that bad!
So that's day 1 of my steppers trip!
