Removed the stitches in my mouth today! Strangely, it hurt more than the operation itself. I jumped a few times when the dentist poked my gum and he was telling me to take it easy. Whoops. I conclude that I hate visiting dentists. They can be quite nice though. BUT, that does NOT help calm my nerves much when I'm lying on the dreadful whatever-u-call-it chair.

Hm sometimes things really depend lots on luck. Feel sorry for the canoeist who got fever just before his nationals started. Of all times.
Kind of reminds me of how I never fail to injure myself before gym nationals every year. It was sprained toe, then a sprained ankle, then another sprained ankle, yet another sprained ankle and finally I sprained my ankle again before nationals last year. The past five years of my gym career. But of course I got well enough to compete. Just wonder sometimes if I could have done better if I didn't stupidly sprain toe/ankle. Whoops I think this has evolved into a self-pitying entry. I'm so sorry. Oh, another incident.. Sarah getting hurt during warm ups. Just a while before the competition got started! Sighss. Hope she's better now. She's realllyy cute! :)

Anyways, CONGRATS NJ CANOEING TEAM for clinching all three champs. But i don't know any canoeist well except my dearieeee unmee partnerr XINPEIIII. So welll done girl!!! So proud of you :D Your bravery in joining them and everything :))Yay for mr Yong too. He rocks :)

Spent the whole day as bishan again today. But for a different reason. We were briefed about stuff at bishan MRT and given our huge polo tees to change into. Kind of regret ordering M now. Yep anyways we were to go door to door up and down a few blocks of flats selling post-it pads to raise funds for the Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund. It wasn't as bad/tiring as I thought. In fact I thought it was pretty fun. Haha, more fun than selling flags but eileen doesn't agree. We were met with many closed doors, people pretending they aren't home and unenthu people, but there were kind souls who donated :) Our group consisting of eileen, vince, melissa and i sold a grand total of 72 post-it pads. Okay, not a very grand amount but we did put in the effort. :) Ohh met peirong along the way and she bought one from me, thankksss peironng!! And thankyouuu to captain and vice captain who were at j8 to watch the superstar pepole. Hee. Doing it again next sunday, hope we can sell more this time.
