Ughs. It's raining! :(

Shopped with eileen at bugis yesterday! Quite a nice change considering how many times I've shopped in town so far. But is it just me or are the salesgirls at bugis junction um, not very nice?? I was shopping for accessories yesterday and planned to buy necklace, then earrings, then bracelet. But I got the sequence all jumbled up 'cause I saw the right things and the wrong time. Got my bracelet first from bugis village [wow never been shopping there cos I'm a suagu and there are so many little shops there! the bad part is all the smoking stall owners :(] and the salesgirl was nice. Then came not-very-nice salesgirl no.1. She was quite helpful and friendly but perhaps too helpful? I know that's her job and she's supposed to help but I don't think she was very honest. First she said that the pair of earrings I liked couldn't go with a necklace. But after she knew that I was looking for a necklace too she kept promoting so many necklaces to me and said they could all match the earrings. >_< Yea and the earrings turned out to be more expensive than I expected. Don't THINK she lied about the price though.

Dishonest-but-not-really-her-fault salesgirl no. 2 didn't seem very friendly but she didn't exactly do anything annoying. I was trying on a necklace and didn't like the chain and she suggested to change the chain for me. Then out popped very-UNnice-dishonest-white-shirted salesgirl no. 3. I admit that I took quite long deciding whether to get the necklace but STILL, she shouldn't cheat me right?? right?? Yes. After I told her I wanted to get the necklace, she told me the necklace was $20. I was like hmmm?? I thought salesgirl no. 2 told me it was $15? So I went back to where the necklace was placed initially and checked the price tag and it said $15! Then she came up with some crap like ohh the price tag is meant for the other necklace, and this necklace is more expensive because it's new.. maybe its price tag fell of yadaaa yadaaa. I have no idea why but I believed her for a moment and still decided to get the necklace. Was a bit gek though, and decided to try asking salesgirl no. 2 again. But before I did I heard salesgirl no.2 telling STUPID salesgirl no. 3 the necklace was shi wu kuai Shi wu = fifteen! I know my chinese isn't that bad. Then after some obviously WRONG discussion, salesgirl no.2 turned over and said the necklace is $20. [How could salesgirl no.3 make her friend do the lying for her!] So we asked why she said it was $15 at first. And she came up with a totally different explanation of why it's $20 now - cos I changed the strap. [Reminder: salesgirl no.3 said it was 'cause the necklace is new] Okay fine, change strap must pay $5 more right? [the strap doesn't even cost that much] Then I don't change strap lor! So poor salesgirl no. 2 had to change the strap for me again. And it's all cheater-bug salesgirl no. 3's fault!! She lied about the price, made her friend lie for her, and her friend did all the work! Mean girl mean girl mean girl!!! The coincidental thing is that both places - where I bought my earrings and necklace were of the same um brand but just different branches. Maybe their boss taught them to be like that? Eeeks don't know. But I was quite surprised at my very calm attitude yesterday. Didn't flare up or anything. Nice jaja. Haaaa. Okay I shall stop it.

I know I'm very long winded but let me write about this either blind or stupid jaguar driver k! Went to shaw centre with my mother and minghui today, and my mum parked her car in this.. rather odd parking lot in which the box [you know the white lines n everything] was approximately one car length behind the adjacent car. It did occur to me that if there was a really stupid/unreasonable driver, he/she might park his car in front of my mum's and we wouldn't be able to get out then. The other side of my mum's car was chained up. But I seriously didn't think anyone would do that so I didn't warn my mum beforehand. But to my horror, and a little amusement, when we returned to our car there was this jaguar parked in front of our car reallllly close to our car in fact. My mum was super duper angry. We told the carpark people and they decided to call for the driver through the pa system in Isetan. But we waited for quite a while and the person didn't come back. The car park people told my mum they couldn't remove the chain at the side to let my mum's car out, but my mum did it herself anywayys. So we were freee! Finally. I hope the jaguar driver got a huge scare hearing his car plate number announced to the whole world =P

Lalala.. don't know why we were so unlucky. Oh my, prom's in two days! So soon! But right now I'm more excited and slightly nervous about highlighting my hair tomorrow :)

One day of slacking at home has made me realised that it does me no good. It's amazingly stupid how many times I get reminded of, just by coming online and watching the tv. But I'm glad for my little brave attempt earlier, although there was no proper - Gotta sleep now. Niteys and take care.
