I think this is gonna be real long an entry. Simply 'cause I'm feeling so super slack now, with no intention of studying. Or rather, I do have the intention of studyin, but I can't bring myself to. And I've been wanting to blog since yesterday or the day before but I hope I won't forget the things I want to blog about. I'm in a really luo suo mood. I know it gets really boring reading daily recounts of people's lives [from the point they open their eyes to the time they go to bed] but I still kind of do that sometimes anyway. Forgive me! :(
So, this is what happened yesterday.
After lotsa crossing of fingers and looking out for potential relief teachers, Mr Yong appeared 15 minutes later dashing all our hopes :( Think we're contradicting people. Or at least I am. We're always complaining about how [really, really] slow Mr Tek's tutorials are, THEN we commplain about how Mr Yong is very fast and will finish going through all the questions we painstakingly did in no time. -slow also not happy, fast also not happy =X- I still prefer Mr Yong though. The double period seemed to pass pretty quickly and he's still as funny as ever. Heh. And it's nice seeing him use the bottle our class bought him for teachers' day last year. Plus i gain more from him than from tek in the same two periods.
After that I played a little bit of badminton with bird, wenting and shuwen. Think I enjoy playing badminton again! It was fun and it feels good to whack the shuttle. Left at one to meet Lucy at the tchs bus stop! Lucy! My primary four good friend whom I haven't met in years! She moved to China then to the states and we used to write letters to each other. But we haven't been writing the past two or more years. Got a call from her probbie 2 weeks back and I was so surprised! Agreed to meet up for ice cream :) Decided to ask audrey along too! Another p4 good friend. Anyways Lucy was a little late and I was getting a little worried that we had some miscommunication or something and she was elsewhere waiting for me. But it turned out that she alighted too early and had to walk a few bus stops! Poor girl she looked very tired. She looks almost exactly the same! Just very much taller! I expected that though, everyone has grown taller except me. So we went to venezia and waited for audrey there. She's very quiet and there were quite long periods of time when no one talked at all but I guess that's what happens. Yep audrey came shortly and we had ice cream. Continued chatting and trying to remember who was from our p4 class. Gosh time flieeeeees! Eight years already! I still can remember the last time I saw Lucy before she left :( Hope we'll still keep in contact! Wonder if I have time to meet her again before she leaves.
Went back to school for TOUCH after that! Oh gosh I think touch nv felt so exciting. Guess it's cause we haven't played in ages. Feels good throwing, catching and running and everything! Went kap for macs after that :) Had tuition after that. Eeks.
Yeap so that was my friday =P

Oh thursday night was a sad sad night :( Derrick aka Weijian was eliminated out of Project Superstar. I only started watching the show recently but took a liking to him quite instantly. Maybe it was due to a little influence by captain hee, but it's definitely 'cause of his character+voice+looks. He seems like a really nice guy and everything :( It was so depressing watching him hold back his tears [in vain] and singing that horribly nice song 'henxiangni' once again. Yesyes and crybaby me cried. Couldn't help it! visit www.hohweijian.info! I'm kind of addicted to 'henxiangni'. It's really touching. =_( I'm rooting for weilian now! 'Cause he can sing really well too with efforts of preventing his biying. Must be very difficult since it must be a habit already.. and I think out of all the contestants he has to work the hardest! With his handicap and all. Can feel his sincerity too :) He may not be the usual kind of superstar, but he sure can be one of a kind! No offence to junyang supporters, but somehow I don't feel any kind of.. uh.. connection [haha] with him.
Ohh ohh derrick's song is playing again!

Hmm, I'm sure there's more I wanted to blog about. Let me think.

I can't wait for grad night! I really hope the majority of S14 will go! I think our class got a little closer over time.. and it'd be fun to spend grad night together! Geri, birdie and jingting!! Must go!!

A very bad thing that can happen is to get injured in the middle of a tie breaker match you fought so hard for and to forfeit the match not because you want to, but 'cause you have too. :(

I want to be a zookeeper.

Yawns, good night. [or should i do some work now]

National day with NYPS 6H'99 :) Lots of photos.. but not all yet. Heh. [This entry's gonna be v long with lotsa photos!]

On our way to bedok

Check that out! We're top scorers for the photo hunt game! :D:D Two different categories too!

:))

AHh, the wind's so strong it's blowing us back!

Attempting to show how the wind's making my hair fly really high but uh it didn't really work.

Haha seems more impressive like that.

me and xian! check out our hair! heh. it was even difficult for our eyes to open.
Sea view :)

Yisheng and zhanpei :)
Xinyi, me and xian :)

We were waitng for teng to come. Went cycling/blading after that. Xian and I rollerbladed! Haven't bladed in a long time.. love blading! We went for lunch at the hawker centre after that. Kexin and pwee joined us too :)After that the guys went kayaking/cycling and the three girls strolled around and sat on the breakwater to chat a bit :) it's nice sitting there and i wouldn't mind sitting there for a few hours. But the waves were splashing seawater all over us and we didn't have an extra set of clothes so we left after that.

On the shuttle bus, back to bedok mrt~

Kexin and xinyi! Haha teng set up his tripod stand specially to take a picture of them! :P

Waiting for the fireworks! We walked a long way there, led by teng ;) Glad we made it there in time! Pretty displayy of fireworks!

Whooooosh :)

Happy and satisfied after the fireworks display :)

I seriously thought it was mongolian ice cream for sale at $1.

The three of us at an ulu corner outside suntec~

We considered going onto benjamin sheares bridge hoping we can watch another fireworks display at marina bay but we realised there weren't any more displays. We just climbed up onto this.. platformie place? which was right above the entrance and exit of the car park. Heh it was pretty freaky! Quite high! Didn't dare to go near the edge.. haha it was pretty funny. Oh and there was this sh*tty smell there so I kept spraying impulse all around. It helped a little! Then we were waving at the vehicles who went past hoping the drivers/passangers would wave back to us. Haha we'd be v happy if they did and we had an aim of making 10 people wave to us before we left. In the end 12 waved to us! We shouted happy national day etc. Heh silly and FUN stuff 6H does :) We took manymany photos after that. Snapsnapsnap :P I'll upload more photos another time. Hee.

us :)

Met wernns and xxy after school today. Was rolling about in the gym when wang suddenly came in. Such a spoiler. Think I'm still kind of terrified by him. When he started getting pissed at sarah and melissa I wanted to get out of the gym :( After that we went to coro and sat on the floor outside cozy corner like we always did. The cheese sticks from wadeva cafe are nice. But i think i ate too many today. That was accumulted in my stomach to become my dinner though. Heh. Plus one and a half pieces of oreo. We met daphne on the bus. Thought it was pretty funny when she walked past the tv mobile screen and it was playin the ad for shooting stars.

I made it to tiong bahru plaza on time!

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory wasn't that nice. :( Or was I just tired? I almost dozed off a few times. Prefer the factory in the book to the factory in the movie. As what eileen said, imagination works wonders. Heh. The oompa loompas are ugly! And they all have the same face and they don't wear their tribal clothes.
:( They're kind of scary. But charlie is such a cute and sweet looking boy! Think the ending was the nicest part of the movie heh. Oh! Grandpa Joe is cute too.

Make me study. Thanks.

Funny day today. First, the tickets we booked for the movie were already sold to other people, but luckily there were still tickets left. Then we waited outside the wrong theatre, wondering why there wasn't anyone there to tear our tickets. When we finally sat in our seats in where we hoped was the correct cinema, we waited and waited, and the trailers n everything went on and on, we started wondering if we were in the wrong place. When the lights finally dimmed, it seemed as if they were gonna play the maid [or wateva that scary movie is called]so we got a shock. Saw two people walking out of the cinema, think they thought they got the wrong place too. Haha but we realised it was only the trailers, and finally the island started! I didn't really know what the movie was about before I watched it, but it's really nice. :)
Prettyy scenery nicee cool breezee. :))
