My test was
Nopeeee. Shall not talk about the test! It's over so yay! :D
I can finally strike out everything on my list!
I actually derive a sense of accomplishment everytime i strike something out, i've been striking things out everyday without fail :D
.
But I'm not going to slack after this! There're still a million projects, FSA assignments, OCAs to do. And i am going to attend to those soon after a small break to reward myself!
.
I was watching animal planet just now, a show about these 6 people who take 2 weeks to learn about wildlife film making, and then make their own mini film at the end of the 2 weeks. It's really cool! I'm suddenly inspired to go and film my cheeky neighbours, the monkeyys. Or maybe just take photos!
.
Everyone's getting DSLRs! And the photos that are taken by them are ohh soo pretty.
But it's okay! I don't need a DSL to take nice shots of the monkeys. My little pink bambi will do. :D Will post my works here one day! (Provided I don't abandon the idea)

This week. This horrible week.
  1. Psych mid term today
  2. Financial Risk Management case presentation tomorrow (Which i've provided minimal help 'cause of stupidity and having to mug for mid terms :X)
  3. FSA group meeting tomorrow
  4. Training tomorrow night (Postponed! luckily! I'm still dying tho there's no training!)
  5. FSA Assignment + Article + presentation on wednesday (9am!!!!)
  6. Biz policy test on thursday
  7. Training on thursday night
  8. Psych term paper due on fridayForgot to put in references page. hope i won't die for that :(
  9. Financial risk management test on saturday (which i've yet to purchase the textbook, yet to start studying, and completely clueless about. uber worried about this one) (i finally bought the textbook! it was the LAST BOOK i could find in the store lying on some random box! *phew* but textbooks are so expensive! UGH)

I must not be stressed or my adrenal glands will produce lotsa cortisols and there'll be the following negative effects:

Impaired cognitive performance
Suppressed thyroid function
Blood sugar imbalances such as hyperglycemia
Decreased bone density
Decrease in muscle tissue
Higher blood pressure
Lowered immunity and inflammatory responses in the body, slowed wound healing, and other health consequences
Increased abdominal fat, (OH MY GAWD I'M SO GONNA RELAX NOW) which is associated with a greater amount of health problems than fat deposited in other areas of the body. Some of the health problems associated with increased stomach fat are heart attacks, strokes, the development of , higher levels of “bad” cholesterol (LDL) and lower levels of “good” cholesterol (HDL), which can lead to other health problems!

Oh one slightly consoling thing is that the biz office people have finally replied me regarding my forgetting to file for graduation. I can graduate this sem. Yay?
